The Site sells handcrafted products including, but not limited to, jams, candles, fire starters, and other artisanal items (“Products”). All information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Return Policy:
- Non‑Defective Items: You may return or exchange unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process: Return shipping is prepaid for defective items only. Non‑defective returns must be covered by the customer unless a clear error was made by us.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Resaleability: Returns of opened or used Products may be refused or will incur a restocking fee.
