Our goal is to make paying for your handcrafted products quick, clear, and secure. Below you’ll find the key points you need to know when making a purchase on CampIris.com  (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).


 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal – (if available in your region)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay – via supported browsers (subject to availability)
  • Other methods – We occasionally add additional payment options; those will be advertised on the checkout page.

2. Payment Processing

  • We use third‑party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal) to protect your card or payment information.
  • Your payment data is never stored on our servers; all processing is handled by the processor’s secure infrastructure.

6. Order Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you notice a charge you do not recognize, contact your bank’s card issuer immediately.
  • If you’ve attempted to contact us and the issue has not been resolved, you may initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer.
  • Our policy is to resolve disputes in a timely, fair manner. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide the bank with full evidence (order confirmation, shipping receipt, communication logs) to contest the claim.

  • If an order appears suspicious, we reserve the right to hold the order pending verification.
